Processing Time is 1-2 business days.

Shipping and Delivery Options:

SAME DAY DELIVERY: Currently, we DO NOT offer same-day delivery. Once the order is placed on our website, you will have the option to place a note on the order with your preferred delivery date and time. It also depends on the delivery method chosen at checkout and your delivery location.


KNUTSFORD EXPRESS DELIVERY: Knutsford Express Packages come at a cost of $650 which is the amount to have the bearer deliver the package to the Knutsford location. This amount is required to be paid at checkout. Once this amount is paid and received, the package is shipped and the customer PAYS the Knutsford location when picking up.

ZIPMAIL DELIVERY: Currently, we only offer Post to Post Zipmail Deliveries and we are looking to expand to Post to Door in the near future. Post to Post comes at a cost of $500. This is a service offered by your Post Office so you are required to pick up your package from your local Post Office. You should receive your package within 24-48 hours with the exemptions of weekends, natural disasters, and public holidays. Once the parcel is ready for pick up, you should receive a phone call or a text message. It is very important that you provide a valid phone number when placing the order.

CASH ON DELIVERY: Cash on Delivery is available for deliveries ONLY in Central Areas. (Spanish Town, Portmore, and Kingston). Packages are delivered to you by bearers. The delivery fee will be listed in the total amount on the checkout page.

NB: As per our Bearer-Get It Sent, Kingston deliveries are done between 3pm-5pm.

PICK UP: We have partnered with PackageHubJm to provide a convenient pick up location. It is located at Unit 19, Pristine Plaza, Half Way Tree behind Pavilion Burger King. The pick up amount is $300. NO SAME DAY PICKUP. PLEASE BRING ID OR PICTURE OF ID WHEN PICKING UP.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Knutsford and Zipmail Packages will be sent out once payment is confirmed (Online Payment). 

Please be available for scheduled Cash on Delivery orders. 

If you are scheduled for delivery and you are unable to make it, please let it be known ahead of time. For Cash on Delivery orders delivery attempts will only be done twice which after the order is canceled.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Chic Sleepwear is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
